High-quality care
LNT Care Developments has developed over 260 care homes across the UK. Crystal Care Collection operates our most recently built homes and offers the highest standards of care, focusing on fostering social inclusion and community amongst residents, who typically move from within three miles of the site.
Transport and Access
Access to the development would be provided via Buckthorn Drive, connecting the site to the wider local road network. As part of the proposals, improvements would be made where necessary to ensure safe and efficient access.
The site is located within the settlement boundary and benefits from access to local services, established residential communities and nearby public transport links, helping encourage sustainable travel choices. Multiple bus stops are located within walking distance of the site. With up to 24 staff on site at once, staggered shifts and flexible visiting hours will help distribute journeys throughout the day, reducing impact on local roads.

Economy and Employment
The proposals represent an investment of £2.7 million into the local economy. Around 50 to 60 new jobs would be created at the care home, offering competitive salaries and opportunities for career progression.
